The Alternative Board is an international provider of peer advisory and coaching solutions to leaders of privately-held businesses based on real world experience.

 This is no time to be alone

The Alternative Board TAB brings together owners, CEOs, presidents, partners of non-competing businesses to solve challenges and implement new opportunties. Board members meet monthly in a facilitated, safe and confidential session to learn from each other's successes and lessons learned, and to grow their businesses to the next level.

Membership in TAB is by invitation only.

Members meet with their Facilitator each month for a private session to implement strategies and tactics suggested by their TAB board to prepare for the next board meeting.

A high percentage of challenges that all small to medium sized businesses have are the same, yet the perspective is different because members are in diverse markets.

TAB also facilitates and encourages resource sharing, networking, and business development between members.
